KaʹThara Moonhoof

KaʹThara belongs to the Centauri of the Lunar Desert, a nomadic tribe that guards the secret routes between Daria’s oases and the temples buried beneath the sands. Her lineage is said to be blessed by the moon itself, and every circular mark on her skin represents a vow fulfilled.

As Warden of the Paths, KaʹThara protects caravans, travelers, and pilgrims who cross the most arid lands—but she also delivers justice when outsiders desecrate the tombs of the ancients. Her axe, Selene’s Edge, was forged from fragments of a meteorite that fell upon the Silver Dunes, and it gleams beneath the night sky as if drinking the energy of the stars.

During Seth’s war, the Centauri refused to serve any king, which made KaʹThara a symbol of resistance. Many Drylanders regard her as the voice of the desert—wise, untamed, and serene, yet fearsome when provoked.
