Tarkun, the Bearer of Grudge

Tarkun was once a tribal guardian, a warrior of the ancient mountain passes who protected caravans and villages from landslides and beasts.
But when a new king rose in the highlands, his own people betrayed him, offering him as a sacrifice in fear of his strength.

The fire of his pyre and the stone upon which he died fused together, twisting his body into something unholy.
His skin burned until it became molten flesh, and from his forehead burst a single eye of magma — a symbol of his blind vision of vengeance.
